Diversity initiatives fail when they stay in the deck. We made ours impossible to ignore. For Ogilvy Health, I developed iD, an internal identity system built around portraiture and raw video. Not stock. Not staged. Real people, captured in unguarded moments, their individuality treated with the same rigor and intention we bring to any brand shoot. The work lived everywhere. Office walls, hallways, presentations, recruiting. A visual language that made diversity not a value statement but a daily, visible truth. People saw themselves. That was the point.
