I’m a Creative Director who builds global brands — and the teams that power them. I turn science into desire, health into storytelling, and insight into creative platforms. Originally from Poland, I’m shaped by European aesthetic discipline and sharpened by New York grit. For 20 years, I’ve built award-winning ideas across dermatology-rooted beauty, pharmaceutical, and health. For eight years, I led global creative for CeraVe, helping transform it from a U.S. dermatologist favorite into a global powerhouse — driving 30+ launches across 100+ markets. I’ve brought ideas to life from in-house studios to vast locations in Chile and across the world — and stood in an operating room in Nepal where surgery changed a child’s life. I care deeply about purpose-driven work. Curiosity drives me. I’m still building what’s next.
